Bangkok, 15.10.2026. Inclusive Tourism Thailand 2026 (ITT2026) takes place at Centara Ayutthaya, Thailand, bringing together government, tourism businesses, researchers, travellers with disabilities and international partners under the theme: Awareness • Collaboration • Action.

ITT2026 is part of a research project supported by Thailand’s Program Management Unit for Competitiveness (PMUC), led by Nutty’s Adventures Co., Ltd. and Arsom Silp Institute, with the Association of Thai Inclusive Tourism (ATIT) as a key partner. The forum aims to turn research into action — creating better visitor experiences, more inclusive destinations and new market opportunities for Thailand.

A key highlight will be the international panel:
“Global Partnerships for Inclusive Tourism: From Knowledge to Action”
The discussion will connect perspectives from Europe, Australia, Japan and Thailand, with:
•    Dr. Rüdiger Leidner, Board Member, European Network for Accessible Tourism (ENAT)
•    Prof. Dr. Anthony Crellin, Australia
•    Mr. Shigeru Oshima, Regene Field Observatory, Japan
•    Moderated by Nithi Subhongsang, President, Association of Thai Inclusive Tourism (ATIT)

The panel will explore European, Australian and Japanese experiences in accessible tourism and inclusive destination ecosystems, market and business opportunities, ageing societies, digital accessibility, and what Thailand can learn and adapt from international experience.

ITT2026 will also bring the voices of travellers with disabilities directly into the conversation and connect knowledge with the tourism industry through an Accessible Tourism B2B session.

  • “Thailand does not need to start from zero. We can learn from international experience, adapt it to our own context, and turn knowledge into action.”
    – Nithi Subhongsang, President, ATIT
