ENAT Annual General Assembly: 10:00 - 12:30.
ENAT Board Meeting: 13:30 to 16:00
The meetings will take place at the premises of ENAT Member, VisitFlanders. (Photo ID required).
Address: Grasmarkt 61, 1000 Brussels, Belgium.
A light lunch will be served.
ENAT Full Members are invited to attend the General Assembly (either Member Representative or Seconder).
ENAT Honorary Members, Associate Members and Observers may attend the General Assembly, subject to available space.
According to the ENAT Statutes, half the Board Members will be replaced or re-confirmed through an election process.
Only Full Members have voting rights. Those members who cannot attend may give their voting mandate to another member but each member present may only have one mandate in addition to their own, according to ENAT Statutes.
Meeting Agendas and other documents for both meetings will be sent to Full Members and Board Members in due course and no later than 14 days before the meetings.
Members - please reply to this notice as soon as possible, indicating if you will attend the AGA and if you will stay for lunch.
ENAT Board Members are likewise asked to confirm their attendance at the Board Meeting.
We look forward to meeting many of you in Brussels to discuss the work done in the past year and the plans and proposals for our future activities.
Full Members are asked to send any information about their activities carried out in 2016, for inclusion in the 2016 Annual Report, to reach ENAT no later than 15th June 2016.
Full Members are also reminded that they must have paid their membership fees for 2017 in order to take part in the AGA and exercise their vote.
