The Erasmus+ "ELEVATOR" project is reviewing the variety of tools and methods used for training tourism SME managers and staff in disability awareness, accesible tourism business development and customer service.

ELEVATOR's partner organisations have identified a range of previous accessible tourism projects and training initiatives, making a record of the approaches used and the curricula and training materials, where possible.

This is the first stage of a process to define a body of renewed information and practical training tools for use by Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in the tourism sector, specifically for use in the partner countries: Czech Republic, Greece, Italy and Slovenia.
