Travelling and taking holidays should be an enjoyable and unforgettable experience for everyone - having the choice of a wide variety of accommodation, visiting museums, beaches, monuments…

It seems obvious, but for at least 1 in 5 people, tourism means navigating a host of access barriers and obstacles!

At ENAT, the European Network for Accessible Tourism, we have the vision and the mission to remove access barriers for all people by supporting and promoting accessible tourism around the world.

We bring together and support destinations, the tourism industry and public authorities in creating an accessible tourism chain, enabling everyone to travel with comfort and safety and enjoy their trip.

To increase our impact in the tourism sector, ENAT seeks a Digital Communications Specialist (intern) who can improve our outreach through digital media and our online platforms.

  • Are you creative, dynamic, proficient in written English (and other languages) and ‘like a fish in water’ in the digital world?
  • Do you understand Web accessibility (at content manager level)?
  • Do you have a flair for content creation?
  • Can you work independently and remotely, using email, Zoom and other web-tools?

Then you could be part of our ENAT communications team and contribute to accessible tourism for everyone.

We are looking for a part-time intern-volunteer with passion and commitment, initially for one year. Our team works remotely in several EU Member States and the UK.

We have a number of active projects in the areas of tourism business, vocational training, cultural tourism research and development.  As a non-profit organisation we cannot offer you a paid job right now, but we can help you develop your skills and be part of our international network, hoping that this may open new professional possibilities for you.
