The conference is organised jointly by the Rationalisierung- und Innovationszentrum der Deutschen Wirtschaft e.V. (RKW), the Europäische Institut Design für Alle in Deutschland e.V. (EDAD) and the Deutsche Seminar für Tourismus Berlin (DSFT).

During the German speaking event, you will be given a survey about the economic importance and success factors of Design for All in tourism.
Practical examples from tourism agencies and companies will visualize how this innovative strategy is put into practice.

  • What kind of services and products are needed to complete the tourism service chain in order to create a holistic concept?
  • What measures can create a convenient atmosphere?
  • What do travel themes and travel destinations, following the DfA concept, look like?
  • What are successful marketing strategies? What role does cooperation play?

Discuss with companies, representatives of economic and social associations, politicians and scientists, about how your offers can be designed
future-proof.
