ENAT Annual General Assembly 2015, Brussels

ENAT Board Meeting: 13:30 to 16:00

The meetings will take place at the Flemish Government Offices (Vlaamse Overheid).
Address: Boudewijnlaan 30, 1000 Brussels, Belgium. (Near Gare du Nord).

All Full Members are invited to attend (either Member Representative or Seconder). Those who cannot attend may give their voting mandate to another member but each member present may only have one mandate in addition to their own, according to ENAT Statutes.

Honorary Members, Observers and Associate Members may attend the General Assembly, subject to available space.

Only Full Members have voting rights.

The Meeting Agendas and Reports for 2014 will be sent to Full Members and Board Members in due course and no later than 14 days before the meetings.

• The AGA Agenda can be downloaded from the right-hand panel in PDF format. 
• The Draft Annual Report and Accounts will be distributed by email to Full Members only.   

Members - please reply to this email as soon as possible, indicating if you will attend the AGA.

ENAT Board Members are likewise asked to confirm their attendance.

We look forward to meeting many of you in Brussels to discuss the work done in the past year and the plans and proposals for our future activities, both in Europe and in other world regions and countries.

Full Members are asked to send any information about their activities carried out in 2014, for inclusion in the 2014 Annual Report, to reach ENAT no later than 7th May 2015.

Full Members are also reminded that they must have paid their membership fees for 2015 by 28th May 2015 in order to take part in the AGA and exercise their vote.
