Save the date for this key event where tourism administrations, decision makers, business leaders and NGOs at regional, national and international levels will bring results of recent studies, best practices and new market insights.
The conference line-up will include speakers from the European Parliament, the Committee for the Promotion and Development of Accessible Tourism, the President of the Council of Ministers, ENAT - the European Network for Accessible Tourism, the European Foundation Centre, Fondazione CRT, tour operators and associations of people with disabilities.
Aims
The conference will be an opportunity for reflection, for administrators of the territory and national and international operators of tourism, on the experiences and actions for tourism for all put in place in recent years in Piedmont, in Italy and in Europe.
The aim of the work is to draw guidelines and common and shared strategies, even at European level, on the future of tourism, with specific reference to accessible tourism. We will start from the path that led Piedmont to be characterized as excellence in the “tourism for all”, considering the national and European Best Practice.
From the results of the survey conducted by Turismabile “Accessible Tourism for All and Piedmont survey on the perception of national and international tour operators”, we will focus attention on how much “tourism for all” is known, considered and implemented by operators in the tourism sector, providing a reading on the potential of the market between strengths and weaknesses.
