Milan, Italy. 9 to 10 July 2012. ENAT offers owners and managers of enterprises, attractions and Destination Management Organisations an intensive training seminar by world-leading tourism and leisure expert Professor Simon Darcy, University of Technology, Sydney and other ENAT experts.

The focus of this High-Level Seminar is: 'How you can win a greater share of the accessible tourism market'.

Participants will be introduced to key aspects of serving the accessible tourism market, including: market analysis, supply chains, design of facilities, tourism products, information and marketing, services and customer care. 

This intensive 1½-day seminar will focus on some of the latest trends and research findings from around the world, highlighting proven best practices which can help you to develop profitable, accessible and inclusive management policies and approaches.

The seminar includes short presentations, Questions & Answers, cases and a study visit to a tourist venue in Milan.

All participants will receive a set of specially prepared digital reference materials and ENAT Certificate of Participation.
