This publication, together with a suite of online resources for tourism MSMEs across the region, aims to enable tourism providers to offer better service to tourists with access needs, including those living with disability. They are outputs of Australia's project titled "Tourism Access and Inclusion: Best Practice Guidelines for Tourism MSMEs in APEC". These outputs aim to help grow the market for tourism MSMEs and provide disabled tourists with greater choice and control in their travel planning and purchase decisions. The guidelines and the online resources follow a series of three online workshops held as part of the project.
