As part of the Forum, ENAT presents a Workshop on Accessible Tourism in Europe, with a focus on good practices, quality and sustainability.

Accessible Tourism: contributing added value to clients and the tourism sector (organised in partnership with ENAT)

In recent years, numerous initiatives have emerged in Europe to facilitate travel of persons with disabilities or limited physical mobility. Based on practical experience, this workshop will identify the challenges and some of the solutions which are helping Europe become a more accessible tourist destination. The added value of accessibility will be demonstrated as a key factor in improving quality, sustainability and customer service in the Social Tourism Sector.
